Indian Forest (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017? 

 The Central Government has announced the Indian Forest (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017, in a landmark initiative to exempt bass grown in non-forest areas from being brought under the definition of a tree and thus felling for its economic use Or exemption from the requirement of transit permit.

Four Indians among the top 20 BRICS universities? 

 Four Indian institutions are among the top 20 universities in the BRICS countries (India, China, Russia, Brazil, and South Africa). The institution QS (Quercurelli Symonds) has released a ranking list of over 300 universities. The Kwakurelli Symonds (QS) rankings assessed and graded 300 universities in India, China, Russia, South Africa and Brazil. QS is counted among the world's prestigious rankings.
